Clip and lock system allows you to adjust the length of the monopod selfie stick to anywhere between 17" and 49". To adjust the length of the monopod, just open the clips, extend or retract to your desired length, and close the clips. This system is super strong and will hold your camera or cell phones steady and secure even during boisterous action sports.

Compact cameras can be attached directly to the monopod, while ACTION CAMERA can be attached using the tripod mount for ACTION CAMERA, and cell phones can be mounted using the universal cell phone holder.

The small mirror at the top of the monopod offers a reflection of what your finished selfie will look like, so you can make sure you are in the correct position before taking your photo.
