Personal Shipping

Personal Shipping is designed for customers who have the means to pick up ordered products from the product location. So, if you have a truck, or run a logistics company, or you have your own logistics arrangement, then you may opt for this delivery option. It may even be that the product location is within your reach.

One thing is certain. You are most likely going to the merchants’ warehouses. So, do not expect to be ushered into a cozy office or showroom. Also, the warehouse attendants do not sell products to customers. They only release products that have been duly authorized by the merchant head office.

How it works

Before you add the product to cart, ensure you note the product location and that your shipping arrangement is sufficient to go the location. Product location is found on every product detail page as shown:

Be keen to appropriately select “Personal Shipping” amongst the list of delivery options. See example:

So if you are up for it. Go for it. Once we receive such an order, we will process release of the products with the merchant and then give you the warehouse address. You may then proceed to pick up your products, starting from the next working day.
